Imagine that the center of the wheel represents the number 1 and the outer edge of the wheel represents the number 10. Mark where you feel you are in terms of each section on a scale from 1 to 10. Ten is the ideal, the optimum. Then, connect the dots as shown in the sample below.
This is a helpful self-awareness tool. It provides a snapshot of how you experience your life at this moment in time. It can change from day to day or from moment to moment. As you can see in the sample, balance in these areas will enable the wheel to roll more smoothly.
