How Much Time Does It Take?
The video portion of the course is approximately 18 minutes. The exercises can range from 2 minutes to 20 minutes. Then, each day for the course of the 21 days, you may choose to invest 2 to 7 minutes in the body sense meditation (2 minutes) and the gratitude and attribute reviews.
